Assessment before cleaning
We check the fabric weave (tighter weaves clean more predictably than loose, textured weaves), test colorfastness in a hidden spot, and note any set-in stains — like old coffee, soda, or motor oil from a work uniform — that may only partially lift.
The shampoo and extraction process
