Terms of Service

These terms describe how Mobile Detailing Fresno provides mobile detailing services and what we each rely on for the work to go smoothly.

Estimates and pricing

Prices quoted before we see a vehicle are estimates based on the information provided. Condition drives time, and a vehicle in worse shape than described may require a revised price or a longer appointment. We will always discuss any change with you before continuing.

Location and access

Because service is mobile, you are responsible for providing a legal, safe and accessible place to park and work, and for any permission required by a property owner, landlord or HOA. If a location turns out to be unworkable on arrival, we will try to find an alternative nearby or reschedule.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointment windows are estimates; traffic, weather and preceding jobs can shift timing, and we will keep you informed. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment.

Results and limitations

Detailing improves condition; it does not undo damage. Scratches through the clear coat, permanent stains, cracked trim, worn upholstery and prior body or paint repairs may limit what is achievable. We explain expected outcomes before starting work and will not promise results a vehicle cannot support.

Pre-existing conditions

We inspect vehicles before starting and will point out existing damage, loose trim or failing components. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that become more visible once a vehicle is clean.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. For fleet or recurring work, terms are arranged directly.
